There is growing concern about the environment, but how concerned are we really? All across the world fuel is being burnt and people are creating more and more ways to damage the planet. We can take a simple transportation device like a boat, and fill it full of fuel, then burn it in massive volumes.

So if we are that concerned about the environment, what will we be able to do about holidays? Are we just going to keep on having a go at the world, saying we need to do something about this, yet still jump on a jumbo jet for a holiday to the Caribbean? It is strange how we are quite happy to get involved with talks about saving the environment, and making politicians do something about it, yet we are the ones that never mention the fact we could do something as well.

However how can we be sure that the world is really in that much trouble? A lot of this is all speculation, backed up by only minor evidence. Although this evidence does have some backing, it is difficult to suggest an actual date at when the world will be irreversibly damaged. So What is next for us as holiday makers? In truth, the damage being caused by flights isn’t in the great scheme of things all that bad, it is where fuel is being burnt in extreme amounts.

What the odds are on there being a ban on going on holiday are, I don’t know, but I would imagine it is something like one million to one. People won’t ever be stopped from enjoying themselves, because with everything else that we have to put up with, when the chance for a holiday comes around, we need to snap it up as quickly as we possibly can. However I would have no vices in banning Cruise Ships, these things are completely pointless, damaging the sea with garbage, and polluting the atmosphere, with massive amounts of C02.

There could be a rush for holidays in the next decade, where would you go, Cuba holidays, Egypt holidays or Maldives holidays?
